Community meeting room
A meeting room facility is available for use free of charge at the Mulgrave Electorate Office by community and sporting groups subject to approval and booking.
The meeting room holds 20 people comfortably, there are toilet facilities available, and with prior approval the room can be used in the evenings and on weekends.
To book the community meeting room, complete the form below (please include ‘Community Meeting Room Booking Request’ in the details section). Other relevant details should include:
- Date and duration of meeting
- Background about your organisation, including whether it is a charity or not-for-profit group
- if the meeting is a one-off or regular occurrence

Free marquee for hire
A 3m x 3m marquee is available for hire FREE OF CHARGE* from the Mulgrave Electorate Office by community and sporting groups subject to approval and booking.
To book the marquee, complete the form below (please include ‘Marquee Booking Request’ in the details section). Other relevant details should include:
- Date, location and purpose of event
- How long your group requires the marquee
- Background about your organisation, including whether it is a charity or not-for-profit group
- if the event a one-off or regular occurrence
